This is great for after sports activity. Just fill up the bag with ice and "slap" it on your knee. I wear it for about an hour. I am able to walk around and hang out with the guys. Very easy to use and it fits all sizes. Highly recommended. Came fast and brand new just like described.

I had a 2nd knee surgery to repair my torn meniscus and some responsive healing on a shredded ACL from a previous sugery in April 2004 and was given a body glove to ice the knee. This was much better than the ice machine and all the cords I had for an ACL reconstruction in 1998. After a long work-out, walking/jogging a coastal trail, or a number of other activities the body glove is an exceptional product. You can easily fill it with ice, wrap it around the leg, and if you want stand up and walk around. My body glove had seen better days when I pulled it out the other day to use, and thus purchased a brand new glove for my knee. It's much better then the stiff, hard ice packs or a messy bag of ice.

Stays cold FOREVER! One thing I don't like is the leaking through the bag though. Other tha that is is a great ice pack for post-surgical needs.
